Kumu Art Museum

One of the largest art museums in Northern Europe, Kumu's main collection covers Estonian art from the 18th century onwards. Annually, Kumu holds eight to ten major temporary exhibitions both on historical and contemporary art from Estonia and abroad. Some of the focal themes in the museum's research are Estonian art in the early 20th century, the avant-garde artists of the Soviet era, sound art, fashion, visual studies and female artists.

The Seaplane Harbour

Located in a building originally constructed as a hangar for seaplanes in the area of Peter the Great's Naval Fortress, the Seaplane Harbour accommodates one of Europe’s grandest maritime museums. The attractions in the museum are located in three levels: in the air, on the sea and below the sea. Besides showcasing an authentic submarine and icebreaker, the museum also has submarine and flight simulators, and a pool where you can sail miniature ships and look at aquatic animals.

Estonian Health Care Museum

Situated across two medieval buildings in the Old Town, The Estonian Health Care Museum's offers visitors fascinating discoveries and new information about human anatomy, the history of medicine, and various aspects of health care. The theme rooms spread across the floors of the two buildings dismantle the human body thoroughly, taking a look at all of its biological systems.

Located in a former secret submarine shipyard, the unique invention factory combines novel virtual reality technology with technological prototypes from over a hundred years ago to produce an entertaining experimentation lab.

Film Museum & Maarjamäe Palace

The Film Museum deconstructs the filmmaking process and shares the secrets of filmmakers. Besides displaying an array of thrilling contraptions, there's also a green screen studio where everyone can make their own video recordings and an exciting temporary cosplay exhibition. Maarjamäe Palace right next to it takes you on a journey through 100 years, from the birth of the Republic of Estonia to the modern day. In the park outside there's also a large collection of Soviet monuments.
